The rental space provides fully serviced accommodation in the self-contained Leatherhead Enterprise Centre and also offices and laboratories in the main building.
The Leatherhead Enterprise Centre provides space for small companies adjacent to Leatherhead Food Research, a major food research company. The centre has its own entrance and central reception area, and separate parking facilities. Leatherhead Food Research's main building also provides rental space with parking facilities.
