About the European Mycotoxins Awareness Network (EMAN)
The European Mycotoxin Awareness Network (EMAN) web site was first established by a project funded by the European Commission (EC) from 2000 - 2003 to provide expertise in the field of mycotoxins.
EMAN exists to provide high quality scientific information and news about mycotoxins to the food industry, consumers, legislators and the scientific community. The information is written and provided by a consortium of experts in the field of mycotoxins across Europe, and all factsheets produced are peer-reviewed by other partners in the consortium:
