2 Terms and Conditions of Sale
2.1 Contract formation This website does not constitute an offer to sell any
products or services to you but instead constitutes an invitation to you
to make an offer to purchase the advertised products or services at the
advertised price subject to availability and these Terms and Conditions.

Online" button to forward your credit card details you are offering to
buy the products or services listed in your order. We will confirm the
availability of the products or services in your order and notify you if
there have been any changes in the price of the goods or services you

products or services, we will enquire whether you still wish to proceed.
All prices on this website are exclusive of VAT and delivery costs,
where applicable, in the United Kingdom. An additional charge will be
made and debited from your credit card account to cover the cost of
making any delivery outside of the United Kingdom. We will endeavour to
deliver your order within 14 days, failing which you shall be entitled
to cancel the agreement and to request us to refund any moneys debited
from your credit or debit card.
Please note that your order will not be accepted and
that no binding contract will exist between us until such time as we
send you an email notifying you of its acceptance of your order, which
email shall be deemed to be effectively communicated to you on the date
it is send by us even if it is not received by you.
Risk and Title Any products that you order will be at your risk from

Ownership of the products will only pass to you when
we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of any products
ordered, including delivery charges.
Right of Cancellation If you are dealing with us as a consumer you have the
right to cancel any contract between us for the supply of goods within 7
working days from the date you receive the goods. If you cancel your
order for the supply of goods then we will refund the price paid by you
for the goods (subject to any audio or video recordings or computer
software being returned in their unsealed packaging). You must return
the goods at your own expense.

set out in this paragraph 3, no warranties, conditions or
